Subprocessors
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the platform. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and only handles what it needs to.

| Managed database, authentication and file storage | Storing accounts, property, inspection, maintenance and document records | All platform data, including photographs and certificates |
| Payment processing (Stripe) | Subscriptions, per-property plans, marketplace membership and invoicing | Name, email, billing address, payment references. Card data never reaches our servers. |
| Transactional email delivery | Account, inspection, maintenance and reminder notifications | Name, email address, message content |
Changes to this list
We notify account holders by email before adding a new subprocessor that handles personal data, giving you the opportunity to raise a reasonable objection.
