Pay-as-you-go services are one-off jobs carried out by our inspectors — no account or subscription needed. The LIS platform is separate: property management software for landlords, letting agents and property professionals.
LIS Full Management
We run the tenancy, the maintenance and the compliance calendar. Rent is paid straight to you and we take no percentage of it — just one flat monthly fee per property. Full Management is launching shortly; register your interest and we will come back to you before we open.

Cancel anytime — except where we have carried out a service on your behalf (inventory, check-out, mid-term or compliance work), which carries a three-month minimum term. LIS is not VAT registered — the price shown is the total you pay. Subscribers can still book any pay-as-you-go service above at a preferential rate.
Plan terms
- Your subscription gives you and your team access to the LIS platform and its tools. It is billed monthly and is not a contract for physical inspections or compliance certificates.
- Inventories, schedules of condition, mid-term inspections, check-outs and compliance certificates are optional add-on services. You book and pay for them only when you want us to attend, at your discounted subscriber rate.
- If we have never carried out a service for you, the plan is rolling monthly — cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no minimum term.
- A 3-month minimum term applies only once we have carried out a service on your behalf. Cancelling inside that term schedules your plan to end on the last day of it and the remaining monthly payments are still due.
- If you cancel after services have been delivered and their pay-as-you-go value is more than the subscription fees for your term, we raise a shortfall invoice for the difference. Nothing is charged automatically — the invoice is reviewed by our team before it is issued.
Platform subscriptions run for a 3-month minimum term where we have carried out services on your behalf, and roll monthly after that.
